Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions to support functional recovery and independence
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and goals
Required Qualifications- Active COTA licensure or OT licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Current NBCOT certification (for COTA candidates)
- Ability to fulfill a 30-hour weekly guarantee
- Ability to meet contract start date requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and care teams
