Schedule / Job TypeContract (13 Weeks) | Days | Monday through Friday | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients in developing, recovering, and improving skills needed for daily living and working
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records in accordance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and progress
- Ensure a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for all patients
Required Qualifications- Active COTA licensure in the state of California
- Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a similar clinical or therapy setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
