Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care to support functional improvement and independence in daily activities
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and goals
Required Qualifications- Active COTA certification through NBCOT
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA in Pennsylvania
- Experience providing occupational therapy assistant services in a clinical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a similar contract or travel therapy role
- Strong documentation and communication skills
