Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Implement therapy interventions per the established OT plan of care
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with patient and family education throughout the course of treatment
- Communicate patient status updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active state COTA license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills
