Key Responsibilities- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care to support functional independence in daily activities
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
- Assist in modifying treatment approaches based on patient response and therapist direction
Required Qualifications- Active COTA certification through NBCOT
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience delivering occupational therapy services in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a behavioral health or long-term care environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
