Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and any changes in patient condition accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient rehabilitation and recovery goals
- Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs as appropriate
Required Qualifications- Current COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) certification through NBCOT
- Active and unrestricted Montana state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with skilled nursing facility workflows and Medicare documentation requirements
