    Job Title

    Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – Inpatient Rehabilitation (Travel)

    Chandler, Arizona

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | 13-Week Assignment

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy assistant services within a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit serving an adult patient population
    • Deliver treatment for patients with neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and fall-related diagnoses
    • Maintain a patient caseload of approximately 8 patients per therapist, working alongside assistants and a rehabilitation technician
    • Perform point-of-care documentation accurately and in a timely manner using the facility's EHR system
    • Apply knowledge of GG Scoring in daily documentation and patient assessments
    • Utilize specialized rehabilitation equipment including Vector, Litegait, Saebo, InMotion ARM, Senaptec Sensory, and Technobody systems
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) credential
    • Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy assistant experience
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Proficiency in point-of-care documentation and GG Scoring
    • Strong time management skills in a fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation environment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
    • Familiarity with UDS electronic health record system
    • Experience treating adult patients across neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac diagnoses
