Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 14-Week Assignment | 35 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Assist the supervising Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide therapeutic interventions to support patients in improving daily living and functional skills
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and responses to therapy accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Active COTA licensure in the state of California
- Current NBCOT certification
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including any day of the week (Sunday through Saturday)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
