Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Active COTA certification through NBCOT
- Valid Montana state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Experience delivering occupational therapy assistant services in a clinical or facility setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
- Familiarity with Medicare documentation requirements
