Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
Required Qualifications- Current COTA certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Active and valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA in Montana
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment
- Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and rehabilitation protocols
