Schedule / Job TypeContract (13 Weeks) | Days | Guaranteed 30 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients in developing, recovering, and improving the skills needed for daily living and working
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records in accordance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist regarding patient status and plan updates
Required Qualifications- Active COTA certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Maryland
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and interdisciplinary teams
