Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising OT
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and overall well-being
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Active COTA licensure or certification in the state of Maryland
- NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric occupational therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
