- Responsibilities:
- Assist occupational therapists in providing therapy services to residents
- Implement and follow therapy care plans
- Document patient progress and report to supervising OT
- Support residents in activities of daily living
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
- Requirements:
- Active COTA license (Oregon)
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
