Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Experience in home health
• Experience assisting with restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services
• Experience collaborating with a rehabilitation team to implement a plan of care established by an Occupational Therapist

• Shift Hours: 0800-1600
• Scheduled Hours Per Week: 40
