Requires a current state license. Shift is 8-hour days. This facility cannot accommodate 4x10 or 3x12 shifts. Patient ratios will be 1:1. May visit up to 6 patients per day with a productivity standard of 30 points. First-time travelers are accepted. No weekend requirements. No on-call requirements. Traveler will not need to float between units. No block schedule accommodations. Locals within a 50-75 mile radius are accepted at the same pay rate. Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period. Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. The system groups clients effectively, minimizing drive time. Occasional maximum drive radius is roughly 60 miles. Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination and one booster. Attire is business casual; scrubs are allowed but not required. Charting will be done through EPIC Remote Client for Home Health and Rover app. References are required covering recent work experience. All travelers are expected to comply with floating requirements. Client agrees to supply communication devices needed for duties as assigned. Modules may be required for training and compliance.
