Job Overview
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a travel assignment in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting. The ideal candidate will support Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient mobility, independence, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist Occupational Therapists with patient treatment plans
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and daily living activities
Monitor and document patient progress accurately
Maintain treatment areas and therapy equipment
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and safety practices
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with facility procedures and therapy standards

Requirements
Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) certification required
State licensure in New Hampshire required or eligibility to obtain
Previous rehab or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills required
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting
