Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to restore, maintain, and improve patients' functional abilities
- Document patient progress, treatment notes, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programmes and adaptive strategies
Requirements
Must-Have
- Active state COTA licence current and in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification current
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) credential
