Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare certified facility

• Shift: Days
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call or weekend requirements: None
• Floating to other facilities may be required
