Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a travel assignment in a rehabilitation and skilled therapy setting. This role supports Occupational Therapists in helping patients regain independence in daily living and functional activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional tasks
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and independence
Document patient progress and therapy outcomes accurately
Educate patients on exercises and adaptive techniques
Maintain a safe and supportive rehab environment
Monitor patient response and report changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements
Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license required
Associate degree from accredited COTA program
Rehab or clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care support skills
Ability to follow therapy plans accurately
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Commitment to patient-centered rehabilitative care
