A reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Santa Cruz is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team.
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a friendly, positive, and professional environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing treatment plans
Provide patient-centered therapeutic services to improve functional independence
Monitor and document patient progress accurately
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment
Qualifications:
Active California COTA license required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
