A well-respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Burbank, CA is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality patient care while fostering a friendly, positive, and professional work environment. This position is a 13-week travel assignment with the potential for extension. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy treatments in accordance with established plans of care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Assist patients in improving functional abilities related to activities of daily living Document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment
