Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - $1,546 to $1,746 per week in Tucson, AZ

Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Arizona COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to follow treatment plans and document progress in electronic medical records preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel or contract therapy experience preferred.
• Experience treating geriatric diagnoses and post-acute rehabilitation preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Schedule: five 8-hour shifts per week.
