Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - $1,536 to $1,736 per week in Pollocksville, NC

Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Current licensure/certification in North Carolina required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in occupational therapy settings; home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury required.
• Experience providing home program instruction, adaptive equipment fabrication, and community reintegration activities preferred.
• Ability to document clinical notes and participate in care coordination and discharge planning.

• Shift Name: Nights.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8.
• Role: Travel, temporary contractor.
• May be required to float to other service areas within the region as needed.
