We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role in Nashua, NH at a skilled nursing facility. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active NH State COTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Ability to follow treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel COTA experience preferred.
  • Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment, and fall prevention programs preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
  • Work Days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat (per VMS work days).
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week (per VMS information).
  • May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
