We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Albuquerque, NM. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will assist patients in regaining skills for everyday life, support ADL retraining, and implement patient-centered treatment plans. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active New Mexico COTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required. Experience with restorative programs and ADL training preferred.
  • Ability to carry a 30-minute meal break as scheduled by facility and work a standard 5x8 days schedule as part of assignment expectations.
  • Documentation proficiency in electronic medical records systems preferred.

  • Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
  • Schedule Pattern: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
  • VMS Contract Weeks: 14-week travel contract.
