Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - $1,450 to $1,650 per week in Santa Clara, CA

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Santa Clara, CA. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will assist patients in regaining daily living skills and participate in care planning and restorative programs. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active California COTA license or ability to obtain the state license prior to the assignment start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Client requires availability Monday through Friday and willingness to assist on weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel COTA experience.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and assistive devices used in post-acute care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record documentation in long-term care settings.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• May be asked to help on weekends per client note.
