We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in San Leandro, CA. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active California COTA license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
  • Client requires ability to document in electronic health records and follow facility protocols.
  • Ability to work with geriatric population and provide ADL retraining, therapeutic activity programming, and restorative care preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
  • Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
  • Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the region.
  • Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
