Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - $1,440 to $1,640 per week in Lanham, MD

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract at a skilled nursing facility in Lanham, MD. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will assist patients in regaining daily living skills and promote functional independence. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Maryland COTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to implement treatment plans under OT supervision is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel COTA experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and ADL retraining preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Shift Days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat.
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
• May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
