KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care including therapeutic activities, ADL training, and functional mobility
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately in the EMR per facility and regulatory standards
- Communicate patient status changes and treatment outcomes to the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team
- Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulatory requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active New Mexico COTA licence current and in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification current
- Minimum 1 year of COTA experience in a rehabilitation or post-acute care setting
