We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Portland, OR. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help residents regain the skills needed for everyday life. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active Oregon COTA license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Familiarity with NetHealth EMR preferred.
  • Caseload management experience in settings serving 40+ residents preferred.
  • Available to work a 5-day per week schedule. (Client requests an OT start no later than mid-May; COTA candidates will be considered.)

  • Schedule: 5 days per week.
  • Patient population/caseload: Facility census approximately 55 residents; daily therapy needs for roughly 20–30 residents.
  • EMR: NetHealth.
