We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Gilroy, CA. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will assist patients in regaining daily living skills, implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active California COTA license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
  • Client-specific requirement: ability to work a 30-hour guaranteed schedule at assignment start.
  • Client-specific requirement: prior experience with long-term care populations and ADL/IADL interventions preferred.
