Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active North Carolina COTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
  • Ability to work with geriatric populations and manage common SNF documentation and care-plan processes.


Assignment Details

  • Shift Details: Monday–Friday, 0800–1630.
  • Meal Break: 30 minutes.
  • Guaranteed Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks.
  • VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
