We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Bowie, MD. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active Maryland COTA license or eligibility required to start the assignment.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Experience providing ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and adaptive equipment recommendations preferred.
  • Ability to follow treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Monday–Friday, 0800–1630 (5x8).
  • Meal Break: 30 minutes.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks.
