Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active West Virginia COTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow treatment plans under OT supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems commonly used in skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Shift days: Monday through Friday.
• Meal break: 30 minutes.
• Position may require coverage consistent with skilled nursing facility needs.
