Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Tennessee COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. (Preferred if not specified by client.)
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience providing restorative programs, ADL training, and use of adaptive equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans developed by an Occupational Therapist and document patient progress in electronic medical records.
