Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - $1,284 to $1,484 per week in Jefferson City, MO

We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Jefferson City, MO. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help residents regain skills needed for daily life and support functional goals. This role requires on-site presence during scheduled hours to meet productivity and facility requirements. Please review the minimum qualifications and assignment details below before applying.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Missouri COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically NetHealth and PCC, preferred.
• Ability to meet therapist productivity requirement (90%) and adhere to facility and company policies and procedures.
• Must be present in the building and clocked in to receive guaranteed hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel or contract therapy experience.
• Experience working with higher census and skilled mix in SNF environments.
• Comfortable following facility dress code (black scrubs).

Assignment Details

• Full-time schedule. 35 hours must be worked in-facility to receive guaranteed hours.
• Therapist productivity requirement: 90%.
• Therapist must be present in the building to receive guaranteed hours.
• EMR systems used: NetHealth and PCC.
• Therapist follows company policies and procedures and facility dress code (black scrubs).
• Contract may be canceled with two weeks’ notice.
