We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Portland, OR. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active Oregon COTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
  • Experience providing restorative and ADL training, therapeutic activity planning, and fall prevention programs preferred.
