We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Tucson, AZ. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active Arizona COTA state license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
  • Ability to work structured day schedules and follow care plans under OT supervision.
  • Current immunizations and TB screening as required by facility policies.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift hours: 08:30 - 16:30.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, five 8-hour shifts.
  • Assignment length: 13 weeks.
  • May be required to float to other facilities within the region as needed.
