Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - $1,248 to $1,448 per week in Greenbrae, CA

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Greenbrae, CA. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help residents regain functional skills for daily living, participate in care planning, and document patient progress. Applicants should be prepared to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a long-term care setting. Thank you for your time and responsiveness.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active California COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care preferred.
• Facility requires ability to document in electronic medical records and follow facility-specific policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel COTA experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs, ADL training, and transitional care preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
• Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
