Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.

• Demonstrated competency in ADL training, therapeutic activities, and use of common adaptive equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans, document per facility standards, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
