We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role in Farmington, IL at a skilled nursing facility. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will assist patients in regaining the skills needed for daily living activities. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Illinois State COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans established by supervising Occupational Therapist.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel COTA experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Experience documenting in electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
• Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
