We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in East Peoria, IL. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active Illinois COTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow OT treatment plans.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous travel COTA experience preferred.
  • Experience with restorative programs, ADL training, and assistive device recommendations preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 0830-1630.
  • Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
  • Meal break: 30 minutes.
  • Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
