We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) for a travel contract role in Oregon, MO at a skilled nursing facility. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions to residents to help them regain functional and cognitive skills required for daily living. Provide evidence-based OTA interventions under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. Duties include ADL retraining, therapeutic activities and exercises, modality application as appropriate, documentation of treatment minutes and outcomes, communication with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team, participation in required meetings and trainings, and assistance with DME or supply needs per clinical requirements.
