We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Farmington Hills, MI. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Experience providing restorative or ADL-focused OT services preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established treatment plans and document per facility policy.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
  • Work Pattern: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks.
  • VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
