We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Detroit, MI. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required.
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Client requires coverage on Days shift. Candidate must be able to work 5x8 schedule as needed.
  • Preferred: experience with geriatric populations and restorative care practices.

  • Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
  • Shift pattern: 5x8.
  • Contract length: 13 weeks.
  • Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
