Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily living activities and support the nursing team in providing high-quality patient care.
This role is ideal for CNAs who are dedicated to resident-centered care and enjoy working in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide basic patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
Support resident comfort, safety, and hygiene needs
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Deliver compassionate and respectful resident care

Requirements
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced patient care environment
Must comply with all facility onboarding and compliance requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy
