Job Overview

This role requires attention to resident needs, adherence to care standards, and the ability to work effectively within a structured healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Assist with feeding and hydration as required
Document care activities accurately according to facility standards
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare team members
