Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a travel assignment in a long-term care setting. This role involves providing essential daily care and support to residents while working within a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Record vital signs and basic patient observations
Support nursing staff with resident care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Ensure respectful, patient-centered care at all times

End Date: 08/02/2026
Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 06:30 AM 06:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Contract Length: Approximately 8 Weeks
Requirements
Active CNA certification required
Prior long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to new facility environments
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Must bring valid state or federal identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy
