Schedule
Approximately 48 hours per week
Variable Day Shifts (8-hour & 12-hour shifts)
Shift Timings: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a long-term care and assisted living environment. The CNA will support residents with daily activities while assisting the nursing team in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable care setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs; report any changes to nursing staff
Assist with resident mobility, transfers, and positioning
Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Accurately document care in accordance with facility guidelines
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
Active Colorado CNA license (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
Ability to work flexible day shifts (8-hour and 12-hour shifts)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
