Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams, including staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
• Conduct engaging staff meetings to foster communication.
• Cultivate strong vendor relationships to enhance service offerings.

Sales and Operations Management:

• Drive sales and manage team performance effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and execute timely orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Analyze P&L statements to achieve business targets.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or similar service industry.
• Proven experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to foster a customer-centric culture.
